Quotations and bookings
A website enquiry does not create a booking. Vehicle availability, price, route, inclusions, payment terms, cancellation conditions and service details are confirmed separately. A booking is only confirmed through the applicable booking process and confirmation.
Vehicle descriptions
Capacity categories describe approximate passenger ranges. Exact make, model, seating layout, luggage space and amenities can vary. Essential requirements must be disclosed before confirmation. Substitution with a suitable alternative may be necessary where permitted by the booking terms.
Passenger and itinerary information
The customer is responsible for supplying accurate dates, times, passenger numbers, addresses, flight details and itinerary information. Changes can affect availability, price, driver hours and vehicle suitability. Passengers remain responsible for passports, visas, park tickets, event tickets and other documents or admissions required for the journey.
Access and delays
Road closures, traffic, weather, incidents, border formalities, park restrictions, hotel access and other circumstances outside transport control can affect journey timing. No general website travel-time estimate should be treated as a guaranteed arrival time.
Payment, cancellation and liability
Payment deadlines, cancellation rules, refund eligibility and liability limits are stated in the applicable quotation or booking conditions. If there is a conflict between a general website statement and a booking confirmation, the specific booking documentation takes priority.
